Since founding Event Experience in 2001, Michelle has been instrumental in building key relationships, driving growth, and finding creative solutions to make every event extraordinary. A certified Destination Management Professional (DMCP), she loves sharing the beauty and culture of the Pacific Northwest with clients from around the world.

Josh provides insight and guidance to the lively team at Event Experience, bringing both heart and strategy to everything he does. With a background in Marketing and Purchasing and experience executing strategy for a public company, he balances the team’s dominant personalities with wisdom and perspective. Josh is a constant presence in meetings—and is currently working on a book about how to avoid them.

Mandy joined the EE team in 2007, offering her unparalleled and individualized services as an event strategist. Her passion for event design and thoroughness of execution is evident through her flawless events and loyal clientele.
Heather joined the Event Experience team in 2024, bringing her deep knowledge of Seattle and a genuine dedication to her clients. Known for her responsiveness and thoughtful approach, Heather ensures every detail is handled with care. She loves curating memorable experiences throughout Washington and Oregon, drawing inspiration from the region’s diverse landscapes and communities. Her enthusiasm for Seattle’s vibrant sports scene adds an energetic touch to every event she helps create.
Holly has been a valued member of the Event Experience team for many years, bringing extensive experience producing nonprofit events. She combines her mastery of intricate details with a fresh perspective, using ingenuity to ensure every event’s logistics meet the team’s highest standards. Never one to meet a stranger, Holly seems to know someone everywhere, making connections that bring extra value to every event she touches.

As an Event Producer, Isabelle brings creativity and care to every project she touches. Gabi joined the Event Experience team in 2025, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to every event. With prior experience at a private venue, she loves collaborating with clients and vendors to create memorable experiences and enjoys incorporating team-building elements that bring people together.
Hans keeps the Event Experience operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, he manages accounting, payments, and the many moving parts that keep our business on track. His steady support ensures our team can focus on what we do best—creating exceptional events.
